Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, within 3-5 business days. If another method is preferred, customer will be required to pay the difference.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return an undamaged / unused item within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate the return. Send an email to HighlyElevatedGlass@gmail.com with your order number and return information. You will be responsible for shipping costs for return. Upon the return of the item you will receive store credit.
Broken/damaged item during transit? Email your order number and photos to HighlyElevatedGlass@gmail.com. Please report the damage within 48 hours of delivery by sending us photos of the package and it's contents. The damaged items may be returned for refund or store credit.
