Yes! We ship throughout the United States. Orders are carefully packaged and typically ship within 3–5 business days.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, most sales are final. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available at our North Plainfield, NJ showroom during normal business hours. We'll notify you when your order is ready.

Yes! Our Elevation Bar brings a premium, professionally staffed concentrate experience to weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals, brand activations, and other special occasions. We provide the equipment, setup, and experienced staff so your guests can enjoy a safe, elevated experience. Contact us for availability, pricing, and custom event packages.
Do you host educational classes or private events?
Yes! We offer educational classes, guided experiences, and our signature Elevation Bar for private events. Please contact us for availability.
